Job stability and opportunities for professional growth At **Medical Life**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to join our team and support the management and development of human talent in Yucatán. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Experience in Human Resources (minimum 2 years) * Organizational skills, leadership, and communication abilities * Willingness to travel to medical units if necessary **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes. * Monitoring of hiring, onboarding, and staff training. * Administrative control of HR files and processes. * Support in payroll incidents and compliance with internal policies. * Continuous communication with department leaders. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, **08:00–17:00 hrs** * Saturdays, **09:00–14:00 hrs (after the third month, two Saturdays off are granted)** **We Offer:** * **Paid training** * Job stability * Opportunities for professional growth * Benefits as stipulated under the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Apply through this channel and become part of our team.** Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * What is your field of study? * What was your most recent HR position?
