We foster a culture that promotes the safety of our employees, contractors and communities. **Responsibilities** -------------------- The Site Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring and validating the correct execution of daily activities related to packaging, product and supply arrivals, storage and inventory management, as well as timely dispatch in accordance with commercial requirements outlined in the production and dispatch plan, while efficiently balancing material and human resources. This must be achieved in compliance with Yara’s defined safety and quality standards. The role is also responsible for leading the Lean program at the site, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and productivity. Packaging Ensures execution of the production plan by optimizing the use of human and technical resources. Ensures constant communication among packaging, warehouse, dispatch, and maintenance to prevent disruptions within the site. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards within the site. Storage and Dispatch * Ensures reliability of physical and system inventory, respecting maximum and minimum levels to minimize disruptions to finished product dispatch and adhering to product handling standards (Product Stewardship standards). * Optimizes human, technical, and logistical resources to achieve optimal cost per ton. * Ensures execution of the dispatch plan considering technical and human resources, loading times, and types of loading units (manual/mechanized), carried out safely. * Ensures documentation of unit loading according to quality standards to provide evidence in case of potential customer complaints. * Ensures maintenance of order and cleanliness in work areas according to the 5S methodology. * Maintains smooth communication with key stakeholders involved in delivering customer service. General * Together with the Site Manager, leads investigations related to safety and/or quality incidents within the site. * Ensures compliance with HOPs and TOPs in production, storage, and dispatch areas. * Demonstrates high standards of ethics and compliance. * Monitors and analyzes KPIs established at the site. Leads KPI management in the absence of the Site Manager. * Actively participates in planning meetings to ensure information flows appropriately to support optimal planning. * Leads the development of continuous improvement projects at the site. * Optimize resources – human, technical, logistics to obtain the optimal cost per ton to ensure the best use of capital. * \-Leads the vessel reception process, ensuring availability of space and resources. In case of any constraints, escalates the issue to obtain necessary support. * Leads the implementation of YPS (Better together) with all team members. **Profile** ----------- Professional degree in engineering, preferably with specialization in logistics and/or Lean Manufacturing.
