**LEADING FILTER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY SEEKING YOUR TALENT** **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR!** **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate activities related to control, storage, distribution, and supply of spare parts, ensuring availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient response to internal and external requirements, thereby maintaining operational continuity and customer service. **Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management** * Monitor and supervise spare parts stock levels. * Coordinate cyclic and physical inventory counts. * Verify correct coding, registration, and location of parts. * **Receiving and Storage** * Supervise the receipt of spare parts and validate alignment with purchase orders. * Ensure proper storage in accordance with safety and organizational standards. * Prioritize deliveries based on urgency and product availability. * **Personnel Management** * Assign tasks to subordinates and ensure adherence to procedures. * Train and evaluate team performance. * **Continuous Improvement and Compliance** * Propose improvements to storage and inventory control processes. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years supervising spare parts warehouses or similar. * **Knowledge:** * Inventory management * ERP/WMS system operation * Spare parts (technical knowledge preferred) * Safety and storage regulations * **Skills:** * Leadership and personnel management * Organization and planning * Internal and external customer service * Problem solving * Working under pressure **WORK LOCATION:** Tampico\-Mante Highway KM 13, at intersection with Libramiento Pte, Cd.
