A helpful and friendly demeanor is essential for this position. **Job Objective:** Supervise and manage daily reception activities, ensuring efficient, professional, and courteous service to visitors, clients, and colleagues. Coordinate associated administrative tasks and serve as a liaison between visitors and internal staff. **Responsibilities:** * Main entrance control * Answering phone calls * Greeting and assisting visitors * Organizing the meeting room * Assisting visits from senior management * Forwarding calls to the appropriate extensions * Scheduling and reminding senior management of appointments * Purchasing water and ice * Issuing purchase invoices for water/ice * Requesting and tracking office supplies inventory * Following up on pending matters from senior management * Tracking maintenance logs * General support to the HR department Requirements: * Completed high school; incomplete bachelor's degree; or bachelor's degree in Administration or related field * Age 22–35 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Personal vehicle * No transportation issues; Brecha 105 S/N Col Ejido Palo Blanco, Cd.
