Summary: The Planner ensures materials planning for operational and production continuity, optimizing procedures and solving problems to meet production requirements. Highlights: 1. Coordinate production workflow and prioritize operations for maximum performance 2. Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production 3. Monitor jobs, address issues, and prepare status and performance reports The Planner has the responsibility of materials planning for operational and production continuity. Works closely with the warehouse department to ensure the supply of materials in order to meet production requirements. An excellent planner is well\-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. It’s organized and results\-driven with great problem\-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products. * Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. * Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. * Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. * Schedule shift according to production needs. * Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. * Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption. * Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.). * Prepare and submit status and performance reports. * Review the Production Plan in SAP System. * Ensure that work orders have been delivered to production floor. **Requirements:** * **Bilingual Spanish/English is required** * Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. * \+3 years of materials planning experience in EMS industry material Sourcing * Knowledge of ERP system, SAP is preferred Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Pregunta(s) de postulación: * What is your salary expectation? * What is your English level? * Please provide 2 to 3 ranges of dates and times when you would be available for an interview Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
