Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the delivery, receipt, registration, and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring warehouse order and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of materials and equipment in the warehouse. 2. Maintenance of warehouse order and cleanliness. 3. Collaborative work in receiving and dispatching. WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT Requirements \- Completed secondary education \- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver and receive materials and equipment to work crews, as well as CIS, in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure that required materials and equipment are supplied promptly. ○ Visit CIS locations according to the scheduled visit calendar to supply equipment and collect returns. ● Receive, count, and verify materials and equipment delivered by suppliers or transferred from other warehouses, following procedures and instructions from the warehouse supervisor or warehouse clerk, to ensure proper receipt and system registration. ● Unload received materials into the warehouse according to instructions from the warehouse supervisor or warehouse clerk, safeguarding material integrity, personal safety, and the safety of coworkers, for subsequent registration, placement, and secure storage. ● Prepare materials and equipment according to company procedures for various shipments and transfer requests. ● Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, as well as material and equipment identification within the warehouse according to the layout and instructions from the warehouse supervisor, to ensure material and equipment integrity, as well as safe and proper warehouse operation.
