(Hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting; delivery of spare parts and consumables; remote issue resolution; telephone-based technical advice; support for external reports—travel allowances will be provided; equipment rehabilitation; diagnostics; and other related activities). * Track and close assigned tickets in the Help Desk system. * Maintain order and organization in report documentation. * Submit reports/manuals requested by the department head. * When working on-site (government or private entity), comply with internal rules and programs. * Maintain primary communication with the Help Desk coordinator and direct supervisor.
