Institutional representation and promotion of new enrollment We are looking for your academic talent—join our team as Academic Director. **Position Objective** Implement and execute strategies that ensure the satisfaction of academic and administrative needs of applicants, students, and parents belonging to the academic programs under the incumbent's responsibility, promoting optimal student development throughout the three key phases of their academic journey: admission, retention, and graduation. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Ensure graduate profile alignment and implementation of the educational model. * Implement and supervise academic-impact activities per program, guaranteeing Quality in Execution. * Ensure compliance with required tutoring and advisory plans, based on established guidelines. * Ensure processes for designing, implementing, and monitoring faculty attraction, evaluation, and retention. * Supervise implementation of manuals and practice guides, compliance with institutional examinations, and the graduation academic plan. * Represent the University before professional regulatory bodies. * Participate in activities promoting new enrollment. **Requirements:** * Master’s degree / Doctorate. * Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional experience in school administration. **Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Results orientation * Compliance with standards * Planning * Strategic thinking * Handling high-stress situations * Building high-performance teams * Customer service orientation * Managing multiple tasks * Time management Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
