Job Summary: Supports the management of purchase orders, quotations, and commercial follow-up, performing cost and delivery time analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Tracking of purchase orders (POs). * Following up on quotation requests with customers and suppliers. * Preparing quotations for machining and industrial services. * Performing cost breakdowns, delivery time estimates, and price analysis. * Presenting formal quotations to management. * Entering and maintaining information in administrative systems and files. * Supporting commercial and operational follow-up activities. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong numerical analysis and information organization skills. * Proactive, responsible, and effective communicator. * Prior knowledge of machining processes or the metal-mechanical industry is preferred.
