Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervises and validates initial setups of CNC machines and Swiss-type lathes, manages personnel, ensures tolerance compliance, and administers production indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in CNC machining and Swiss-type lathe operations. 2. Management of unionized personnel and production technicians. 3. Administration of key production indicators and pre-payroll. **Requirements** * Engineering or related degree with \+2 years of experience in machining (lathes, milling machines, CNC). * Personnel management experience (6\-12 people), including unionized workers and technicians. * Advanced technical drawing interpretation skills. * Solid knowledge of CNC and Swiss-type lathe operation/adjustment. * Advanced proficiency in measurement instruments. * Proficiency in RBC Mexico Portal (reporting module), Excel, and TRESS pre\-payroll software. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and validate initial setups on CNC machines and Swiss-type lathes. * Attendance control, discipline, and training. * Monitor adherence to tolerances (GD\&T) and proper use of measurement instruments. * Administer production indicators, scrap, and pre\-payroll (vacation/attendance). * Execute serial production plans, optimizing material flow and scheduling.
