The Supervisor must be able to **initiate** or **receive**, **understand**, and **supervise** the production process while **maintaining** and **ensuring** performance and quality parameters. The Supervisor must be able to **understand** and **carry out** operational activities to provide accurate instructions to operators under their supervision. The Supervisor must be able to **identify** production errors and/or risks and propose immediate solutions to avoid disrupting operational flow, while also proposing long-term solutions.
