Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized professional with experience in inventory management, logistics, and purchasing to track purchase orders and source products. Key activities in inventory management and onboarding of new products. * Must be over 23 years of age. * Gender is unrestricted. * **Knowledge of inventory and logistics management (minimum 1 year of experience).** * Experience in domestic and international purchasing. * Sourcing of new suppliers. * Experience with ADMINPAQ system (desirable). * Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite. * Responsible. * Good communication skills. * Positive attitude. * Organized. **NOTE: PREFERRED RESIDENCE NEAR THE GRANJAS ECONOMICAS DEL NORTE AREA OR SURROUNDING REGIONS.** **WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM** / **SATURDAY, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.** Main Job Responsibilities: * Tracking purchase orders until delivery. * Tracking service orders at the workshop. * Filing technical service records. * Monitoring product inventory. * Sourcing new products or spare parts for equipment. Onboarding suppliers, raw materials, warehouse supplies, and new products. Salary: $12,400.00 \- $13,200.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases. * Company-provided parking. * Free uniforms.
