




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise administrative processes, manage customers, coordinate instructors, and ensure quality in training services, promoting continuous improvement. Instructor coordination and training quality assurance. **Requirements** * Age: 34\-40 years old. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: Engineering / Bachelor's degree. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics, billing, payment management, and customer service. * Essential knowledge in training-related topics. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise administrative processes within the department, including billing, payments, and budgetary control. * Prepare proposals, quotations, and executive reports for customers and management. * Coordinate the hiring, scheduling, and evaluation of external instructors. * Manage relationships with strategic customers and partner educational institutions. * Identify business opportunities and ensure quality in training services. * Supervise the operational team and promote continuous improvement in internal processes. * Generate work schedules for the operational team. * Verify proper issuance of DC\-3 certificates in accordance with applicable regulations. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days' pay. * Performance-based bonuses.
