Job Summary: TRANSPORTES SETTEPI is seeking an Operations Coordinator to supervise employee transportation services and ensure operational compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of employee transportation services 2. Supervision of route compliance and personnel under supervision 3. Ensuring maintenance and training of drivers TRANSPORTES SETTEPI IS SEEKING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Requirements: * Experience in employee transportation operations * Ability to drive bus-type vehicles (mandatory) * Experience in transportation operations as a coordinator, team leader, supervisor, or similar role * Experience supervising route operations and managing personnel under direct supervision * Valid urban driving license or Class C license * Flexible working hours (based on operational needs) for field supervision of drivers Main Responsibilities: * Supervise assigned employee transportation services to ensure timely and proper execution * Verify that drivers conduct daily inspections of assigned vehicles (fluid levels, tire air pressure, vehicle documentation, air tank purging, and interior and exterior cleaning) * Verify that drivers maintain valid documentation (driver’s license and medical fitness certificate) * Monitor fuel efficiency, load capacity, and authorized mileage closely * Report any incidents before, during, and after service delivery * Record all incidents occurring during service delivery in the weekly report * Ensure compliance with the weekly preventive and corrective maintenance schedule * Implement actions arising from solutions to customer complaints * Ensure driver training compliance according to the program established by Human Resources staff WE OFFER: Base salary: $25,000 monthly + Performance bonus: $8,000 monthly Statutory benefits + Savings fund Permanent position Position type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
