Job Summary: Maintenance and adjustment of injection molds to ensure production continuity and product quality, including failure diagnosis and support for changeovers. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molds. 2. Diagnosis of mold failures (flash, leaks, misalignment). 3. Support for mold changeovers and trials (try-out). **Injection Mold Technician – OPmobility** **Objective** Maintain injection molds in optimal condition through maintenance and adjustments, ensuring production continuity and product quality. **Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of molds. * Disassembly, cleaning, adjustment, and reassembly of molds. * Diagnosis of failures (flash, leaks, misalignment, etc.). * Support for mold changeovers and trials (try\-out). * Verification of systems: cavities, ejectors, cooling. * Documentation of activities and compliance with 5S and safety standards. **Requirements** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of molds. * Disassembly, cleaning, adjustment, and reassembly of molds. * Diagnosis of failures (flash, leaks, misalignment, etc.). * Support for mold changeovers and trials (try\-out). * Verification of systems: cavities, ejectors, cooling. * Documentation of activities and compliance with 5S and safety standards. **Competencies** Teamwork, failure analysis, quality orientation, and sense of urgency. **SALARY AND BENEFITS** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Free cafeteria and transportation Employment type: Full-time Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
