Job Summary: Payroll Supervisor responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and providing excellent service to employees through comprehensive payroll administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire payroll process and provide employee support. 2. Administer attendance, medical leaves, and absenteeism tracking. 3. Participate in human resources activities and events. **PAYROLL SUPERVISOR** **JOB OBJECTIVE** * Provide quality service to employees through satisfactory and timely payroll disbursement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Certified Public Accountant, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or LAE (Licenciado en Administración Empresarial) * 3 years of experience in similar positions * Proficiency with computer software (EXCEL, SAP) * **Preferably reside in ESCOBEDO, STA CATARINA OR GARCIA** **MAIN FUNCTIONS** • Review and evaluate employee attendance. • Receive and register IMSS medical leave certificates. • Administer, input, and execute the payroll process. • Prepare payroll cover sheets and file backup folders. • Address employee inquiries and clarifications regarding the payroll process. • Prepare weekly absenteeism reports. • Monitor employee absenteeism. • Prepare monthly payroll reports. • Maintain kiosk information systems with updated records. • Verify the functionality of information kiosks. • Administer and process alimony payments. • Attend weekly production \- HR meetings. • Analyze, evaluate, and approve Savings Fund loans. • Prepare payroll disbursements. • Participate in human resources activities and events. **WE OFFER** From $35,000 to $42,000 monthly gross, depending on experience * Statutory vacation days * 40% Vacation Bonus * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * 10% Grocery vouchers * 13% Savings Fund contribution * Death/Marriage/Birth assistance of $3,000 * ICP Bonus \- Subject to plant performance, maximum 60 days * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **OUR LOCATION: SANTA CATARINA** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $49,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * In which municipality do you reside?
