




Job Summary: Execute payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax and labor obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll procedures and ensures legal compliance. 2. Assists employees and supervises payroll transactions. 3. Calculates and coordinates payments of tax and labor obligations. Objective: Execute payroll procedures timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with laws and obligations related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, LISR, State regulations, among others. * Timely process employee onboarding and offboarding in IDSE * Provide employee support regarding inquiries or benefits * Supervise payroll transactions (layout, banking) * Fulfill and coordinate payment of payroll-related obligations * Timely calculate ISTP, IMSS, and Infonavit contributions * Timely issue payroll stamps for WKS and third-party payroll providers * Maintain control over employee loans and Savings Fund * Monitor and manage employee attendance reports * Record and accrue payroll and social security entries * Timely register employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, unjustified absences, and disabilities in SUA * Calculate severance payments and/or final settlements for employees * Track SIROC and REPSE for active and completed projects * Prepare and submit Work Risk Declarations (Risk Premium) * Manage Food Voucher and Gasoline Card records WE OFFER: Statutory Benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
