




Job Summary: Execute payroll procedures, ensuring legal compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, LISR regulations, and coordinate payment of obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely manage employee movements (hires, terminations) in the IDSE. 2. Address employee inquiries regarding doubts and benefits. 3. Calculate severance payments, settlements, and annual PTU. **Job Objective:** Execute payroll procedures timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with laws and obligations related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, LISR, State regulations, among others. * Timely execute employee movements (hires, terminations) in IDSE * Provide assistance to employees regarding doubts or benefits * Supervise payroll transactions (layout, banking) * Fulfill and coordinate payment of payroll-related obligations * Timely determine calculations for ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Timely stamp payroll receipts for WKS and outsourcing companies * Perform payroll reconciliations versus EBA and EMA for WKS and outsourcing companies * Bimonthly verification of variables and submission of salary modifications * Cafeteria consumption control * Monitor and control personnel attendance reports * Timely registration of hires, terminations, salary modifications, unjustified absences, and employee disabilities in SUA * Calculate severance payments and/or settlements for personnel * Perform annual PTU calculation * Document and update payroll procedures and manuals * Control of cafeteria and gasoline voucher cards **WE OFFER:** *STATUTORY BENEFITS* *ENHANCED BENEFITS* *SUBSIDIZED CAFETERIA* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
