Job Summary: WWTP Operator responsible for equipment startup and shutdown, cleaning, component inspection, daily recordkeeping, and minor equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and equipment 3. Supervision and documentation of daily operations WWTP Operator WORK SCHEDULE MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM SATURDAYS: 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: - Equipment startup and shutdown (DAF and sanitary plants) - Cleaning of filters, presses, and process pumps - Inspection of components and fluid levels in tanks and containers; monthly material requisitions and preventive or corrective maintenance scheduling - Daily logbook entries, compressor purging, thorough area cleaning, minor equipment maintenance, data recording at self-consumption station - Sample collection at self-consumption station – inventory records - Supervision of fuel deliveries during assigned hours and completion of diesel station checklists SALARY FIRST MONTH (PROBATION): $2,850 NET WEEKLY SECOND MONTH (FULL-TIME): $3,000 NET WEEKLY WE OFFER: Statutory and above-statutory benefits IMSS and Infonavit 30% vacation bonus Vacation entitlement starting from the first year Employee transportation in Santa Catarina and García Savings fund and internal loans Life insurance 5 days for paternity leave, 2 days for marriage, and 3 days for bereavement of an immediate family member In-house physician, psychologist, and nutritionist Bolero ATM Cafeteria service Barber shop Uniforms . -REQUIREMENTS- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 18 and 50 years Knowledge: Maintenance management, Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Tool maintenance Keywords: operator, operario, operator
