Ability to manage operational situations and conflicts We seek an Operations Assistant focused on route control, analysis, and monitoring—capable of ensuring accurate shipment traceability and detecting any operational deviations. This role is critical to preventing losses, ensuring proper cargo flow, and maintaining full control over logistics operations. What will be your impact? You will be responsible for validating that each shipment is correctly registered, located, and in motion within operations—ensuring no discrepancies exist between physical items and reported data. Main Responsibilities - Execute route reconciliation (pickup and delivery), validating item entries and exits. - Immediately detect and follow up on shipment discrepancies, requesting clarifications and item recovery from operators. - Ensure complete shipment traceability within operations. - Register, locate, and manage pending items on the platform, guaranteeing accurate physical and system-level control. - Conduct daily fuel consumption performance audits per route, identifying potential deviations. - Generate and report operational metrics (reconciliations, incidents, audits) at the end of each workday. - Support administrative tasks for overall operational control. Decision-Making Authority - Halt operator or route departures in case of reconciliation incidents. - Request immediate delivery of missing items and manage related documentation. - Define fuel consumption audit routes based on analysis. - Manage shipment location and control on the platform. - Follow up on incidents and support implementation of corrective actions. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical certification.
