Position Summary: We are seeking professional claims investigators, traffic appraisers, criminologists, or lawyers with insurance experience to handle field claims and validate documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to conduct in-person interviews and handle field claims. 2. Experience in insurance companies and management of detailed case files. 3. Excellent service attitude and proactivity. Professional Claims Investigator, Traffic Appraiser, Criminologist, and/or Lawyer with insurance industry experience is preferred—ideally as an auto or property damage adjuster—and possessing the following qualifications: \- Ability to conduct in-person interviews, handle field claims, and validate documentation at automotive agencies, government offices such as public prosecutor agencies, traffic and transit departments, fire departments, etc. Must own a personal vehicle\-preferred, and be proficient with PC, digital camera, and tape measure. Minimum one year of experience as an adjuster or in any insurance line; basic Office and PC skills; ability to independently create case files including photographs and detailed damage analysis of vehicles, accompanied by sketches and measurements. \- Experience in insurance companies (Preferred) \- Age: Between 25 \- 50 years \- Gender: Male or Female \- Excellent service attitude and proactive mindset \- Professional appearance \- Residence in Guadalajara, Jalisco or the metropolitan area of Monterrey, N.L.
