Application of NFPA standards and field quality control **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of fire protection systems maintenance work, ensuring compliance with established technical, regulatory, budgetary, and quality standards, as well as customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Education: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field).** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction or Fire Protection Systems Maintenance Supervisor. * Age: Over 30 years old. * **Proven experience in: \*Execution of fire protection systems projects. \*Management and supervision of operational personnel. \*Direct client interaction and participation in progress meetings. \*Preparation of progress reports, incident reports, and estimates. \*Budgetary control and project tracking** **Technical Knowledge:** * NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and NOM-002-STPS-2010 standards applicable to fire protection systems. **Maintenance requirements for systems (sprinklers, fire hydrants, fire pumps, piping networks, etc.).** Reading and interpretation of drawings and diagrams. **Project control (scheduling, physical-financial progress).** Administration of in-house personnel. **Compliance with safety standards in industrial plants.** Use of administrative control tools: MS Project and Excel Main Responsibilities: **Plan, coordinate, and supervise field activities.** Ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and maintenance quality. **Manage and lead work teams of 3 people.** Maintain constant communication with the client and other stakeholders. **Generate periodic progress and project status reports.** Identify risks and propose timely solutions. **Control the assigned budget and optimize resources.** Competencies and Soft Skills: **Effective leadership and decision-making.** Clear and assertive communication (especially with clients). **Results-oriented mindset and goal achievement.** Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. **Organization and time management.** Proactivity and on-site problem-solving ability. **Adaptability to operational changes.** Ability to work under pressure. Desirable: • Certifications or courses related to fire protection systems. Salary: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
