Focused on our own growth while simultaneously offering talent development plans, we are currently seeking a Process Analyst with the following profile: **Experience:** Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, or specific modules). Proficiency in BPMN and modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart). Understanding of Dataverse, data models, entities, and relationships. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Knowledge of APIs, connectors, webhooks, and integration patterns. Ability to document data flows and business rules. Soft Skills: Clear communication between technical and business stakeholders. Systemic thinking and end\-to\-end vision. Ability to facilitate sessions and align teams. Analytical curiosity and focus on continuous improvement.
