Guarantee compliance with required profiles and time-to-fill targets ++++++ RECRUITER ++++++ **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure attraction and selection of suitable talent for the organization by timely and efficient execution of recruitment and selection processes, guaranteeing compliance with required profiles, time-to-fill targets, and alignment with company culture and business needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Unspecified Age: 25 to 40 years old Education: Technical High School Diploma Experience in recruiting operational staff, preferably in cleaning roles. Valid driver's license. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Posting on social media. 2\. Field recruitment. 3\. Development of recruitment plan in collaboration with Recruitment Manager. 4\. Conducting interviews to profile candidates for respective departments. 5\. Verification of documents of scheduled candidates. 6\. HR orientation. 7\. Candidate data entry. 8\. Submission of weekly recruitment reports. 9\. Generation of new recruitment ideas or methods. 10\.
