Job Summary: This position ensures compliance with production plans, guaranteeing the quality, freshness, and on-time delivery of bakery products through process optimization and efficient input management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises production processes to ensure continuous flow. 2. Controls product quality according to recipe specifications and aesthetic standards. 3. Collaborates in the creation and updating of procedural manuals. **Job Objective** Ensure adherence to production plans, guaranteeing that each cake and dessert meets La Divinata’s quality, freshness, and delivery-time standards through process optimization and efficient input management. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Process Supervision:** Monitor production lines (baking, assembly, decoration) to ensure continuous flow. * **Quality Control:** Verify that products meet La Divinata’s recipe specifications, weight, aesthetic standards, and flavor profile. * **Inventory Management:** Track losses, monitor raw material stock levels, and manage inventory rotation (FIFO). * **Standardization:** Collaborate in the creation and updating of procedural manuals. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to reduce delivery times without compromising artisanal quality. * **Reporting:** Generate daily production KPIs, efficiency metrics, and waste reports. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year. * **Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel proficiency. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. * **Attitude:** Passion for baking and willingness to work on the production floor (operational area). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment and ongoing training. * Discounts on brand products. **Location:** * Santa Catarina, NL Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
