As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing dream events to life—responsible for coordinating events by planning required financial, material, and logistical resources; your contribution will be essential in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests. Join our team and help drive the continued success of our hotel. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospecting, attending to, and following up with clients for weddings, groups, and events. * Developing and presenting commercial and thematic proposals. * Comprehensive planning, coordination, and supervision of events. * Closing sales, negotiating contracts, and post-sales follow-up. * Coordinating with vendors and operational teams to ensure proper execution. * Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and attention to detail. **Required Profile** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or event, wedding, group, or convention coordination. * Experience in theming, production, or event services (preferred). * Strong sales skills: prospecting, negotiation, handling objections, and closing. * High organizational, planning, and project management capability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. * Customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
