Description
The candidate must have experience coordinating and administering human resources within the industrial sector, ensuring compliance with administrative, labor, and personnel management processes according to company policies and project operational requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
* Administer and control employee files and personnel documentation.
* Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary adjustments with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
* Handle and update the SUA (Unified Administrative System), IDSE (Employer Digital Information System), and related platforms for employer obligations.
* Monitor and control documentation related to REPSE (Registry of Contractors and Subcontractors) and labor compliance requirements for contractors.
* Track incidents, attendance, leave requests, vacations, and payroll movements.
* Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
* Address and follow up on labor and administrative requests from operational and administrative staff.
* Supervise compliance with internal policies, regulations, and labor laws.
* Coordinate labor relations and address internal conflicts.
* Prepare administrative reports, personnel indicators, and personnel control records.
* Monitor contracts, employee registrations, terminations, and renewals.
* Coordinate with operational departments to fill vacancies and meet staffing needs.
* Supervise compliance with occupational safety, health regulations, and required documentation for plant or project access.
* Support internal and external audits related to human resources and labor compliance.

Contract duration: 24 months
Salary: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month
