Your primary responsibilities will be: 1. Installing and configuring previously authorized hardware and software at branches, regional offices, administrative offices, and ODGs, as well as maintaining optimal performance of the technological platform to ensure uninterrupted service to members. 2. Responding to incidents and providing technical support and guidance to users of information technologies, ensuring appropriate support is delivered to guarantee optimal operation of institutional equipment and applications. 3. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and/or systems (computers, servers, peripherals, printers, systems, applications, etc.) located at branches, regional offices, administrative offices, and ODGs to ensure proper functionality. 4. Monitoring the status of computing equipment and installed applications, ensuring compliance with internal regulations to maintain proper equipment functionality and prevent risks of damage or data loss. 5. Evaluating and preparing reports on the status of institutional equipment and systems, as well as tracking warranty-related requests and requirements for equipment, printers, and servers with suppliers. 6. Implementing and configuring institutional-defined applications at branches and administrative offices to maintain the most up-to-date versions and ensure adequate control. What do you need to apply? * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. * 2–3 years of experience with Windows operating system versions, hardware maintenance, software, and telecommunications. * Willingness and availability to travel.
