Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Manager for a department store, responsible for preventing and controlling shrinkage, as well as ensuring the operational safety of facilities, staff, and customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for shrinkage prevention and control 2. Ensures operational safety of facilities, staff, and customers 3. Position with the option of an indefinite-term contract SECURITY MANAGER \- DEPARTMENT STORE EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD: MINIMUM 2 YEARS TECHNICAL DEGREE OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD Prevent, reduce, and control shrinkage within standards set by General Management, pursuing achievement of the shrinkage target by effectively deterring or preventing theft or misuse of assets, merchandise, equipment, and work tools through strict implementation of Company policies and procedures; likewise, ensure operational safety of facilities, staff, and customers in general Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Sick leave days * Option of an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
