Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of deliveries to government institutions resulting from tenders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of deliveries to government institutions 2. Tracking and fulfillment of deliveries derived from tenders 3. Coordination with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers Job Objective Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the **timely and accurate fulfillment of deliveries to government institutions**, through logistics operators, guaranteeing that deliveries derived from tenders are executed on time and as required. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering** or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience in tender processes**. * Experience in **tracking and fulfilling deliveries derived from tenders**. * Experience in **coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers**. * Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate to advanced level)**. * Availability for **frequent travel to Mexico City**. Main Responsibilities * Update and track **charts of direct and indirect participation in tenders**. * Supervise that **events requested by sales executives**, and those downloaded from platforms by the tender team, are executed on time and as required. * Maintain **constant communication with sales leaders** regarding reasons for disqualification identified in tender award decisions. * Review the **consolidated list of won direct and indirect tenders**, generating reports for analysis and tracking. * Coordinate with **logistics operators, warehouse, and suppliers** to fulfill deliveries derived from tenders. * Ensure **operational follow-up after the award of won tenders**.
