




Job Summary: A Security Coordinator ensures a safe working environment, protects company assets, and coordinates security-related activities by leading personnel and managing incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently leads personnel and coordinates security activities. 2. Conducts investigations and supervises monitoring systems. 3. Actively participates in emergency response teams and risk prevention initiatives. **A Security Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, protecting company assets, and efficiently coordinating security-related activities.** **Responsibilities:** · Organize work schedules and supervise assigned personnel. · Conduct investigations regarding missing materials and equipment. · Coordinate with public security agencies during special situations. · Supervise monitoring systems and maintain incident records. · Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on activities contributing to occupational risk prevention. · Actively participate in evacuation, fire-fighting, and Safety and Hygiene Committee teams. · Support proper waste segregation and coordinate its transportation and storage. **Knowledge:** · Basic knowledge of the company’s TR video surveillance system. · Knowledge of first aid and occupational accident/risk prevention. · Knowledge of security patrol procedures. · CT PAT program. · Knowledge of handling special waste. · Knowledge of chemicals used in the company. · Functions of the Safety and Hygiene Committee. · Plant emergency and evacuation drills. · Fire-fighting equipment operation. **Skills:** · Leadership. · Problem-solving. · Team coordination.
