Extensive experience in asset protection and emergency management VACANCY: **SECURITY SUPERVISOR** Securitas Mexico Group is hiring Security Supervisors for service in MEXICALI. *12-HOUR WORK SHIFT (one day off per week)* Modality: On-site. Join our team and become part of our company! **Responsibilities**: * Monitor attendance for all security personnel in case any position remains unfilled. * Provide support to the assigned client. * Develop and implement measures to prevent incidents during service. * Audit Coordinators and Shift Supervisors to ensure task compliance. * Communicate plans effectively to appropriate members of management and staff. * Support the training area for personnel already on duty. * Continuously monitor and provide feedback to visible security guards. * Conduct annual risk assessments of buildings. (Per CTPAT and OEA requirements) * Prepare and conduct preliminary investigations of security-related incidents. **Requirements**: * Managerial-level / asset protection experience * In-depth knowledge of emergency management. * Experience managing work teams and interacting with internal clients. * Knowledge of physical security standards, reporting, and incident handling. * Decision-making skills. * Familiarity with CTPAT and OEA standards. * Knowledge of government regulations. * Extensive personnel management expertise. **We Offer**: Base salary plus compensation.
