Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, execute, and supervise Environmental Projects, ensuring proper management, regulatory compliance, and integration with broader conservation programs. Key Highlights: 1. Plan, execute, and supervise various Environmental Projects. 2. Conduct diagnostics and design ecological restoration plans. 3. Commitment to conservation and environmental ethics. Job Description: Per diem: transportation to and from the work site. Accommodation during the project duration. IMSS coverage only, no additional benefits. Full-time work schedule. Fieldwork: 8 hours per day. Executive reporting at campsite, without fixed working hours. Willingness to travel within Sonora and Baja California. Fixed-term contract with monthly renewal. Probationary period of one to three months. Plan, execute, and supervise various Environmental Projects—including Flora, Fauna, Reforestation, Ramsar, etc.—ensuring appropriate management, regulatory compliance, and integration with broader environmental programs. Main Responsibilities Conduct environmental diagnostics and site assessments. Design implementation and ecological restoration plans. Select, rescue, and relocate flora and fauna species. Coordinate plant production and transportation. Supervise planting and site maintenance activities. Implement monitoring systems. Manage permits and technical deliverables. Train field teams and local communities. Integrate the project with conservation programs. All tasks assigned by the Project Manager. Job Requirements Forestry Engineering, Ecology, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, or related disciplines. Willingness to learn and perform diverse activities across various Environmental Programs. Desired experience: 5 years. Experience in infrastructure projects and environmental impact assessments. Strong knowledge of Mexican environmental regulations (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA). Availability for fieldwork, regional travel within Sonora–Baja California, and general reporting. Valid driver’s license and standard personal vehicle are mandatory. Competencies and Skills Observational, analytical, and field documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in georeferencing and monitoring tools (GPS, GIS). Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Commitment to conservation and environmental ethics. Adaptability to diverse climatic and geographical conditions.
