Requirements: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field (degree completed) 2 years of experience in on-site support Experience in industrial environment support Technical English Experience in: On-site Technical Support (mandatory). End-User Technical Support (mandatory). Remote support. Ticketing system tools. Networking and infrastructure knowledge. Active Directory. ITIL knowledge is desirable. Windows 10 or later.
