




Job Summary: Printer technician with experience in hardware, software, and connectivity maintenance, handling on-site or remote support tickets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment diagnosis and rehabilitation **PRINTER TECHNICIAN** **Requirements** · Higher-level certification / Technical degree in computer systems, electronics, or related field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. · Knowledge of medium- to high-volume printers. · Familiarity with at least one of the following brands: Harp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Customer service skills. **Responsibilities** · Respond to assigned helpdesk tickets either on-site or in the field. (Includes hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting; delivery of spare parts and consumables; remote issue resolution; telephone-based technical advice; equipment rehabilitation; diagnostics; etc.) · Track and close assigned tickets in the helpdesk system. · Maintain order and organization in report documentation. · Submit reports requested by the department head. · When working on-site (government or private facility), comply with internal rules and programs. · Maintain primary communication with the helpdesk coordinator and direct supervisor. **We Offer:** · $17,000 monthly · Bi-weekly payment · Statutory benefits (IMSS) **Additional Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance **Work Location:** Mexicali, Baja California **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
