Opportunities for professional development and career growth. **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR** Ensures houses are delivered to customers on time, with quality and zero defects; also supervises and coordinates actions between Construction and Customer Service (SC) departments to carry out warranty repairs and service promptly and properly, thereby achieving customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Receive and authorize Title-Ready houses delivered by Construction Verify delivery quality of houses to SC and to customers Technically diagnose reported failures Coordinate warranty service visits with customers Supervise contractors and the repair process.
