Quality supervision of housing delivery **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR** Ensure that housing is delivered to customers on time, with quality and zero defects; supervise and coordinate actions between Construction and SC departments to execute repair and warranty service processes timely and properly, achieving customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Receive and approve houses eligible for registration delivered by Construction Verify delivery quality of housing to SC and to the customer Technically diagnose reported failures Coordinate warranty service visits with the customer Supervise contractors and the repair process.
