JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper operation of the daytime shift by coordinating and supervising private security personnel across various service locations, maintaining direct client contact, guaranteeing service quality, and addressing operational incidents in real time. **1\. Base schedule:** 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Schedule flexibility required**, as the operational nature of the service may necessitate extended working hours, coverage of extraordinary incidents, or response to urgent situations outside regular hours. **2\. Work Experience** * Minimum 2 years as a Private Security Supervisor. * Demonstrable experience in: * Supervision of guards at fixed posts and patrol routes. * Access control and asset security. * Client service and incident management. * Preparation of operational reports. * Desired: experience in service sales or basic commercial customer interaction. **3\. Areas of Knowledge** * Physical security procedures. * Access control and operational directives. * Completion of logs, incident reports, and summaries. * Basic use of digital tools (WhatsApp, Drive, basic Excel). * Familiarity with industrial zones in Mexicali. * Knowledge of manual-transmission motor vehicles. * Desired: basic concepts of sales and customer prospecting. **4\. Key Responsibilities** * 1\. Supervise assigned guards in Mexicali (day and night shifts). * 2\. Conduct operational rounds, inspections, and reviews. * 3\. Report daily incidents to Operations Management. * 4\. Maintain constant communication with Operations Management for service follow-up and quality assurance. * 5\. Ensure compliance with directives, professional appearance, and punctuality of staff. * 6\. Identify additional security needs and propose solutions. **7\. Basic client prospecting in Mexicali to OFFER GUARD SERVICES, including:** * Scheduled visits. * Collection of contact information. * Identification of companies requiring private security services. **6\. Requirements** * Age: 25 to 50 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Valid driver's license. * Schedule flexibility (primarily night and mixed shifts). * No criminal record. * Personal mobile phone and internet access.
