Job Summary: We are seeking a general helper to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks in green areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and roadways. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of green areas. 2. Maintain cleanliness in parking lots, sidewalks, and roadways. 3. Assist in transporting construction materials and waste. We seek a general helper who performs the following activities... Green Area Cleaning: Garbage and leaf litter collection, weeding of flower beds. Parking Lot Cleaning: Sweeping, removal of waste and/or unnecessary materials, cleaning of signage. Sidewalk Cleaning: Sweeping and removal of waste from perimeter sidewalks. Roadway Cleaning: Sweeping and removal of waste from internal property roads and streets. Transportation of construction materials and/or waste Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: Starting at $13,226.10 per month Work Location: On-site employment
