Job Summary: A professional with experience in international trade to manage imports, exports, customs invoicing, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of import and export of goods 2. Customs tracking and contribution optimization 3. Management of customs declarations and international invoicing Description and details of activities * Review shipment documentation at the customs agency to prepare packing lists and carrier information, generate invoices, and send them to the respective agencies * Review inventory of goods and import goods according to our clients’ instructions * Request license plates and transport type to submit previously reviewed invoices. * Track and monitor carriers until arrival at the plant * Weekly review, authorization, and entry of customs declarations * Enter weekly shipments, as well as INEGI data * Issue virtual invoices during the first 15 days of each month and follow up accordingly * Forward accounts payable to the accounting department * Apply Eighth Rules * Origin certificates, calculation of contributions, and other international trade expenses * Maintain cost-saving practices and seek reduction of tax and tariff payments Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in International Trade or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in English (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience in material import and export * Entry of customs declarations into Zoe system * Downloading of BOMs and entry into Zoe system Benefits * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Savings fund **Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Logistics/Transportation **Contract type** Permanent **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Working hours** Full-time **Schedule** Full-time **Education** Bachelor’s degree with professional title **Willingness to travel** No
