ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** The Electrical Test Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of applicable electrical tests for communication cables, guaranteeing compliance with quality, reliability, and customer requirements. This position leads the technical and operational staff in the electrical testing area, ensuring that test equipment, methods, and procedures are appropriate, validated, and maintained under control, contributing to timely defect detection and conformance product release. Acts as the liaison between Quality, Process Engineering, Production, and Customers, participating in failure analysis, audits, and continuous improvement activities related to product electrical verification. **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate and supervise operations in the Electrical Testing area. * Ensure proper execution of electrical tests according to customer specifications and internal standards. * Guarantee that test equipment is calibrated, validated, and in operational condition. * Develop, maintain, and improve electrical test procedures. * Manage and develop technical and operational staff in the area. * Analyze electrical failures and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure proper product release based on electrical test results. * Monitor area metrics (rejections, failures, reworks, efficiency). * Collaborate with Process Engineering and Quality on continuous improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards in the area. * Support introduction of new products and engineering changes related to electrical testing. ### **Requirements** **Requirements**: * Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical testing or quality assurance. * At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. * Experience in electronic, automotive, harness, or communication cable industries. * Advanced English **Technical Knowledge** * Electrical tests applicable to cables: o Continuity o Resistance o Short circuit o Hi\-Pot / Dielectric Withstand * Operation and validation of electrical test equipment * Interpretation of electrical specifications and drawings * Quality management systems * Electrical failure analysis and root cause analysis * Control plans and acceptance criteria * MSA applied to test equipment (desirable) * Use of test software and databases * Basic knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement
