Ignacio Allende, City: Mexicali, Baja California Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM We Offer: Statutory benefits Base salary Quarterly bonus Certifications **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree (graduated, intern, or recent graduate) in IT-related fields * Experience providing on-site support * Basic English proficiency * Immediate availability to work. Desired Knowledge: * Experience using remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) * Knowledge of ITIL. * Windows / Office / Google Suite. * Familiarity with ticketing systems. * Printer and computer equipment maintenance. * Network cable crimping.
