Descripción y detalle de las actividades We are looking for a highly motivated and results\-driven **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our growing operations team in Mexicali This position represents an excellent opportunity for engineering professionals with experience in the **metal mechanical / sheet metal manufacturing industry** who are passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing innovation. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing,optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes focused on sheet metal operations, ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, productivity,and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Develop, improve, and support sheet metal manufacturing processes * Create and maintain SOPs, Engineering Guidance, Work Instructions, and technical documentation * Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Mini Kaizens, and Kaizen Events * Conduct RCCA (Root Cause \& Corrective Action) activities to solve production and quality issues * Support pilot builds, first production runs, and manufacturing engineering projects * Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to drive operational improvements * Analyze capacity, cycle times, and manufacturing flow optimization opportunities * Support production teams to ensure efficient and stable operations Experiencia y requisitos Technical Experience Required: ✔ Sheet Metal Fabrication Processes ✔ Laser Cutting ✔ Turret Punch Operations ✔ Press Brake Processes ✔ Secondary Operations (Deburr, Drill, Conventional Mill) ✔ PFMEA \& Control Plans ✔ ERP Systems ✔ Line Balancing ✔ GD\&T ✔ Continuous Improvement Methodologies Professional Competencies: * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Results\-oriented mindset * Effective communication and teamwork abilities * High sense of urgency and adaptability * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail At our company, we value professionals who are committed to innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence within a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.
