Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities, with emphasis on infrastructure and daily repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment oriented toward rapid problem resolution We seek a proactive Maintenance Assistant with a strong sense of urgency to keep our facilities in optimal condition. If you have experience handling day-to-day operational issues in hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, or corporate buildings, this position is for you. **No prior gym experience is required**; we will provide full training on basic fitness equipment. Your primary mission will be to ensure that infrastructure (especially showers, restrooms, and common areas) functions flawlessly for our users. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Plumbing (Primary Focus):** Preventive and corrective maintenance of water lines, showers, toilets, leak repairs, and drain unclogging. * **Facility Maintenance:** Painting, drywall patching, basic locksmith repairs, and locker/door maintenance. * **Basic Electrical Work:** Replacement of light fixtures, inspection of outlets and ballasts. * **Fitness Equipment Support:** Deep cleaning, lubrication, and visual preventive inspections of treadmills and weight-training equipment (full training will be provided in this area). * **Operational Control:** Maintenance log management, tool inventory control, and reporting of required spare parts. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in general maintenance, preferably in the hotel, restaurant, industrial, or retail sectors. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with hand tools, solid knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems. * **Profile:** Problem-solving oriented, dynamic, and accustomed to working with an internal customer service focus. * *Prior gym experience is a plus, but is definitely NOT a requirement.* Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
