Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial leader to identify and manage the complete sales cycle in industrial and retail niches, acquire new customers, and present strategies to the General Management. End-to-end management of the commercial cycle and development of market strategies *Job Requirements* *Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or related field; current student or graduate.* *Minimum 4 years of mandatory experience in similar roles such as Sales Manager, Commercial Leader, or Key Account Manager, in RETAIL or INDUSTRIAL sector companies.* *Driver’s license for cargo vehicles (preferred)* *Experience in B2B sales* *Skills: Leadership ability, communication and negotiation skills, prospecting and selling capability, results-oriented mindset.* *Residence in Naucalpan or adjacent municipality, with no issue commuting.* *Achievement of sales KPIs and acquisition of new customers* *Knowledge of personal protective equipment or hardware products (preferred)* *Existing client portfolio (preferred)* *Job Responsibilities* *Continuously identify and visit industrial niches to acquire new customers and provide appropriate follow-up.* *Manage the full commercial cycle: initial contact, diagnosis, presentation, follow-up, and closing of sale.* *Negotiate and provide personalized customer service.* *Present results, projections, and strategies to the General Management.* *Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive new business lines.* *Compensation and Additional Benefits* *Competitive monthly salary commensurate with competencies and experience, plus commissions on new customer sales.* *Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.* *Statutory benefits* *Collaborative and motivating work environment.* *Work Tools* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $13,500.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
