Summary: Lead new product introduction for turbochargers and devices, managing development, industrialization, and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and quality targets. Highlights: 1. Lead New Product Introduction for Turbochargers 2. Plan and manage development and industrialization 3. Lead cross-functional and cross-regional engineering partners Lead New Product Introduction of Turbochargers and other devices for Garrett Independent Aftermarket (IAM) including Applications and Platform Development for IAM customers and small Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Ensure that all milestones are met, budgets and quality targets achieved. Plan and manage the development and industrialization and handover to final assembly plants. Lead cross\-functional and cross\-regional engineering and ISC partners for successful launch. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Plan and follow list of NPI applications and platform development** * Activity requires close work with globally dispersed product management, engineering, manufacturing, supply base and supply chain teams which requires clear communication skills * Schedule planning and adherence to milestones acc. to Garrett IAM NPI process, budget and BOM costs. * Lead mitigation plan and recovery actions to address any issues compromising the program in the area of quality, time or cost. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify Root Cause and implementation of corrective actions. * Maintain accurate project information and updates to cross\-functional community in program management tools and launch trackers * Changes to process are welcomed if improvements can be suggested. **Communicate and meet with small OEM Customers** * Today we only have a few such customers, but they demand more attention and preparation to ensure meetings run smoothly. **Continous Improvement** * Support to implement ideas to enhance the NPI process **Report status to leadership** * Weekly in 1:1 \+ Tier meetings / monthly in Leadership reviews REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field * E xperience in Engineering and/or project/program management * Manufacturing processes experience * Turbocharger function knowledge is an advantage * Analytical skills * Confidence to speak up and ask for help when needed * Cross functional and cross regional communication
