Join this great team as: **Trust Executive** · Manage and promote the establishment of trusts, identifying business and partnership opportunities, and acquiring potential clients to expand the institution’s portfolio. · Advise clients on the benefits and scope of the trust agreement to be executed, always complying with applicable regulations and internal policies. **Responsibilities:** · Prospect and acquire new clients for trust establishment. · Submit trust-related business proposals for authorization. · Accompany clients throughout the entire trust establishment process, providing required advisory support. · Design trust structures aligned with client needs while complying with regulatory and institutional frameworks. · Present the proposed trust structure to the Trust Director for authorization. · Draft the Trust Agreement according to the business terms agreed upon with the client and forward it to the Trust Legal Department for review. · Assign and maintain control over trust identification numbers. · Report to the Trust Director on finalized transactions and those currently in the pipeline. · Maintain records of trust fees paid per establishment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trust Promoter **What We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: 8,370 * Meal vouchers * 4% savings fund contribution * Commissions * INFONAVIT benefits * 25% vacation bonus * 15-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 12 vacation days * 8 paid personal days * Partnerships with various companies Don’t hesitate—join our team today.
