At Family Fitness, we seek a **Daycare Supervisor** who ensures a safe, fun, and reliable space for our members' children while they work out—providing peace of mind to families and reinforcing the holistic experience within the club. Position Requirements **Age Range:** 20 \- 45 years **Gender:** Unrestricted **Education:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Pedagogy, Child Psychology, or related field (completed / incomplete). **Skills:** * Advanced effective communication * Advanced active listening * Advanced customer orientation * High sense of responsibility * Empathy and patience * Management and control of small groups * Ability to respond to unforeseen situations * Organization and attention to detail **Experience:** * Prior experience in daycare centers, playrooms, childcare facilities, or child care. * Experience providing direct service to parents. * Basic knowledge of first aid (mandatory or willingness to obtain certification). Main Responsibilities * Supervise and care for children while their parents are at the gym. * Ensure children’s physical and emotional safety. * Organize short, dynamic, and safe recreational activities. * Maintain attendance records for children’s entry and exit. * Keep the area clean, orderly, and compliant with internal protocols. * Promptly inform parents of any incident or relevant situation. * Respect the maximum stay times established by the club.
