




Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Manager to design, coordinate, and supervise training and development programs that enhance productivity and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for our employees, ensuring they are fully prepared to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to the company’s success. **Purpose of the Position:** Design, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive training and development program for park branches, ensuring that content, methodologies, and measurement mechanisms drive productivity, service quality, safety, and retention of operational staff and middle management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define the training policy and annual training plan aligned with operational and business objectives; prioritize training investments based on impact * Approve and supervise the development of onboarding, technical training, soft skills, and career path programs; ensure standardization and appropriate local adaptations where applicable * Lead, develop, and evaluate the training team; assign responsibilities, goals, and development paths for trainers and instructors * Coordinate the training calendar, large-scale events, and recurring training sessions; ensure coverage during peak seasons and new unit openings * Select, negotiate with, and evaluate external training providers, certification bodies, and e\-learning platforms * Administer the LMS and authoring tools; ensure content availability, traceability, and compliance reporting * Define training KPIs, measure learning transfer, and link training outcomes to operational indicators (quality, timelines, satisfaction) * Develop and certify internal multipliers and local leaders to replicate content with quality * Prepare and manage the department’s budget; optimize costs and justify ROI of training programs * Ensure training incorporates legal requirements, safety standards, and operational protocols; maintain records for audits **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, Administration, or related field; postgraduate degree in Organizational Development, Training, or Talent Management preferred * 5 \+ years of experience in training and development roles; minimum 2 years supervising training teams, ideally in multisite operations, retail, or service industries * Specific expertise in institutional training design, adult learning methodologies, LMS management, evaluation of training impact, and safety and hygiene regulations applicable to branches * Proficiency in LMS platforms, auditing tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar), and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting * Leadership, executive communication, project management, negotiation, analytical thinking, and results orientation * Executive schedule with availability for off-hours sessions and frequent travel to branches **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional growth within the company. * You will contribute to the development of a talented and committed team.
