**Application ID:** 250957 We are committed to continuing our investment in our employees and helping you further develop your career path at Scotiabank. **We offer:** * Monthly base salary * Meal vouchers * Direct employment with the Institution * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 20 vacation days per year * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life insurance **Responsibilities:** * Perform all operations related to the Products and Services established by the Institution through the teller counter, in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable legal provisions. * Contribute as a member of the branch service team to its success by achieving agreed-upon objectives to deliver high-quality, excellent service to customers, complying with the Bank’s established standards and procedures, and correctly executing all service activities defined under our Sales and Service Philosophy. * Always provide services with respect, friendliness, honesty, promptness, intelligence, and efficiency in daily interactions to support customer retention and maintain our position as Mexico’s top bank for service quality. * Identify customers who are canceling any product or service and promptly inform the Branch Manager / Junior and Senior Account Executive for retention purposes. * Execute daily teller counter accounting closing with high quality. * Support and participate in institutional campaigns. * Actively perform effective and efficient operations within their respective areas while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to fulfill obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities defined under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and the Business Conduct Guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; preferably a bachelor’s degree in economics or administration * Work experience in customer service * Experience in teller operations * Sales experience is desirable.
