




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the supply of raw materials, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring inventory turnover through established controls and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the procurement and inventory control of raw materials. 2. Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, digitizes and verifies material movements. 3. Ensures raw material turnover and prepares inventory reports. In charge of inventory to maintain the company's raw material supply, implementing controls and applying established procedures. 1\) Coordinate new incoming shipments of raw materials to the warehouse. 2\) Physically inspect incoming raw materials against purchase orders upon receipt at the company's warehouse. 3\) Enter each new raw material receipt into the inventory system. 4\) Collect and enter product returns or exchanges into the system. 5\) Verify raw material turnover and ensure no materials become obsolete, thereby preventing losses due to expiration. 6\) Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding new orders and the scheduled arrival timeline for inventory materials. 7\) Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports on product receipts and shipments. Verify that the inventory reserve level established by the Operations Department is maintained. 8\) Conduct physical inventory counts on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, as required by the Accounting Department. 9\) Prepare inventory control reports, including product receipts and shipments.
